Sir i m newly learning about the battery management studio software.its showing "NO ACKNOWLEDGE FROM DEVICE" could you please help me regarding this.

Hi Pavani,

This means that BQStudio is not able to communicate with the device for some reason. You may want to search the E2E forum for other threads to see how other users resolve this issue.

Search "NO ACKKNOWLEDGE FROM DEVICE bQstudio" on E2E and you will see multiple threads in the results.

thank you sir..... by some means i solved the problem.but now wanted to know about SEAL and UNSEAL in the command window..could you please answer my doubt . and what is meant by UNSEAL KEY how could i identify that key?

Hi Pavani,

The security modes for the device are described in Section 11.5 of the TRM (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluubd3d/sluubd3d.pdf).

sir,we have connected the PCB ,for the first time we got the output i.e LED enabled and all..then we pressed the RESET in the command window..from then our operation stopped..what is the problem? could you please clarify it ..we have given unseal_fullaccess and unseal key also but still of no use
