Hi Sir,

We want find P2P replacement for XC6201P402MR and XC6206P302MR,package is SOT23-5, Iout 250mA,Vout 3V,4V.Vin 1.8-6V. We don't find P2P replacement in Ti web. But find similar P/N like LP5907,Would you pls give some recommendation on this issue?

    Hi Sara,

    Which package are you actually interested in? The XC6201 is in the SOT-23 5-pin and the XC6206 is in the SOT-23 3-pin.

    For the XC6201 I would like to recommend the TLV758P. This is the closest P2P option.

    For the XC6206 I would like to recommend the TPS7A05. We have P2P in DBZ package.
