our client use RICHTEK RT8131B Buck PWM Controller for IPC application.

and we find TPS51117 maybe can replace RT8181B.

have other suggestion, Please advise me.

based on similar TPS5 1117, can internal Generating 5v driver for FET gate, also output high than 12V PWM IC?

if any, Please advise me.

There is no other proper single phase IC, but you can look into TPS51220A with one channel disabled.
