Does TPS62743 has thermal protection and over current protection?

If yes, what is the protection temperature and protection current? I can't find them in the spec.

Hi,

TPS62743 does not have an thermal shutdown protection feature.

It does have an over current protection feature, see topic 8.3.6 in datasheet.

The High/Low side MOSFET current limit characteristics are the following:

I recommend you have a look at the newer, lowest Iq TPS62840 device which has both of these features!

It should be a great fit for your application.
