i have another MCU to monitor the battery，so I don‘t some function of BQ24610

I want to know if I can remove the ACFET and BATFET

It describes in detail the external components of BQ24610. The first page has a simplified non powerpath (no BATDRV) schematic which also shows how to remove back to back input reverse blocking FETs.
