TPS61088: TPS61088 Circuit No Output,Test IC Finds Short Circuit between 4th(SW) and 8th(BOOT) Legs,check the 0.1uF cap between pin4 and pin8.----Capacitance is normal

Input Voltage: Battery Voltage 3-4.2V           
Output voltage and current: 6V 1A 
        
Fault phenomena:           
In the process of testing the product, the output of the product is normal, but the IC is very hot. After a few seconds,Short Circuit Between 4th "SW" and 8th"BOOT" Foot Discovered by Power-off Measuring IC TPS61088.

check the 0.1uF cap between pin4 and pin8.----Capacitance is normal

Working frequency: 1.2MHZ

    Dear Sir,

    This phenomenon happened on all of the boards, or only one of them?  Could you please try to remove the IC from the board?

    This is happening in some products,The defect rate is quite high
    Remove IC from PCB board, test SW foot and BOOT foot is short circuit
