Hi Sir,

Could you help to provide Θjc & Θja information of TPS51218?

My customer need these information to build TPS51218 into their system Or they could not use it on their system.

Please kindly help to add those information into spec.

    you can evaluate the thermal performance based on “Dissipation ratings” table,  and since it is controller, I believe lower thermal rise will be generated.

    If you need Rthja...exactly, I will check after China’s national holiday.
