Hi,
I've submitted a file according to http://www.tij.co.jp/jp/lit/an/slva725a/slva725a.pdf, (file attached)

As result, in GPC_report.txt I get:

" 0 0 0
Warning: Discharge rate is too high. High rate reduces ID detection accuracy 10 hr rate is recomeended. Total discharge time is less than 5 hrs t_hrs= 1.08722222222222"

How can I fix this?

Hi DudeFromRiga,

What is your cell capacity? Please run it at a C/10 rate. The tool is unable to converge and find a match ID with your rate.

eg. If you use a 1000mAh cell, please dsg at 100mA

Hi Batt,
Cell capacity is 3900 mAh. When I run test for the first time, battery was discharged with 390mA. However, it resulted in error, described above.

Later I discharged battery with even lower current - 307mA, however, still the same error. (Did you see logs that I attached in previous message in this post?)
P.S.> one more test performed during weekend with 307mA discharge current - please see attached.test2.zip

Battery Spec. 18Ah, 25.6v Nominal Voltage, 24cells in series.
What should be the preferred charging rate during the process of generating Chem ID?

Hi Soonu,

Please post your questions in a new thread, the other customers depend on the threads being answered for their questions. For your battery, please use a 1.8A dsg for getting a chem ID match.

Hi DudeFromRiga,

Your timestamp has to be in seconds. That is the problem. Please remove your chg cycle from the log before uploading it.

Hi Batt,
I've deleted the chg part of log. This worked, without changing the timestamp column to "seconds", and now I have recommended ChemID!! :)
That's great, however, I can't understand why this is the solution, because http://www.tij.co.jp/jp/lit/an/slva725a/slva725a.pdf sHow deleting the chg part will influence the precision of ChemID detection procedure?

Hi DudeFromRiga,

You need a rel-dis-rel log. That was clearly stated. If the tool sees a chg current, it will not work.
