1. Unfortunately, the EVM is designed through alitum and not cadence so we do not have a .dsn file. I can send the alitum files through private message if you have a translator to cadence. Please let us know.
2. I recommend looking at the 12.1 of the TPS23881 datasheet. This gives the key layout considerations for the hardware design.
3. When you say test report do mean EVM waveforms? If so, then all this information can be found in the datasheet 10.2.3. If you mean EA Logo test report, then the test suite is not available yet to the public. However, I believe this will be available this year, and we are planning to test it with the EVM when it is available.
