I am working on active clamp forward converter , previously i have used LM5025 which is a dedicated  IC for this purpose that performs the function of both modulater and driver . Now I wish to replace the si-Mosfet with GaN FET , so is there any similar IC I can use which performs the same but suitable for GaN devices
