Hi,

I would like to check gain margin using with simulation model. As I checked Webench and TINA-TI simulation model but they seems not to support Bode Plot. Could you please give the simulation model (TINA-TI model) which support Bode Plot?

Attached file is TINA-TI circuit which converted from Webench but It cannot check gain margin.

Hi Nagata-san,

The TINA-TI model that you downloaded for TPS562201 from WEBENCH is a transient model and you will NOTbe able to do a bode simulation with that. As this is a DCAP2 architecture part, we do not have a bode plot model available for this device as modeling the small signal behavior is pretty challenging. You will find bode plot models typically for peak current mode and voltage mode architectures.
