LM5146-Q1: Understanding current Limit pin functionality (ILIM)

Part Number: LM5146-Q1

Hi,

I could see that the datasheet says RILIM is the current limiting resistor and the current from the internal current reference flows through it.

It is also mentioned that "A current limit comparator on the ILIM pin prevents further SW pulses if the ILIM pin voltage goes below GND."

What is the possible scenario where the voltage at ILIM pin goes negative?

Let us say, I need a current limit of 10A, how do I select the resistance value? I don't think the datasheet guides on this in detail.

Thanks,

Siri.
