Hi, after building over four thousand circuits, I'm finding that a small percentage of the ones that fail, can not be repaired no matter what I do. Can you guys help me to improve the quality of the circuit and the repairability? Thanks.

Hello,
We apologize for the delay in response. Someone will get back to you. However, we will need more details of your schematic, the nature of the issue, waveforms etc to be able to help out.
Thanks

Hi Lupillo,
You mention above' the board cannot be repaired no matter what you do'...Does this mean that you have tried replacing all the components on the board and it still does not work? When things failed how does it failed? I there any switching coming out of the GATE of the LM3429 at all? Did you try trouble shooting to see if any trace has opened up?
Thanks Tuan
