Hi TIs,

Same as link:https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management/f/196/t/853557,

We are sure the failures is caused by the cold temperature exposure,because the device can recover when the temperature is returned to normal.

So pls give some recommendation on this issue. It makes us delay our MP schedule.

hi Sara,

Can you connect the device to bqstudio and obtain a log file while the failure is occurring so we see what is causing the chip to fail? When you mean failure, is the device NACKing ? We need some more details on the failure mechnism to know what is going on and what recommendation to offer.

Hi Onyx,

the device is NACKing. But we check the IIC chain is OK,because Processor can connect with other device on IIC .

hi Sara

What you provided is not a bqstudio log.

pls isolate the IC and connect it to bqstudio to see if you are able to communciate with the chip via bqstudio.
