Thanks for the reply, but i m a bit confused. So, please clear me the following:-

1) How actually the power factor correction(input current wave shaping) is done by this controller?

2)what are the signals you take and what are the reference signals you use to perform power factor correction. if possible, please provide me the simple block diagram?

3)what are the functions and significance of I COMP and V COMP pins?

Hi Yusufkhan:

1）if the design follows UCC28180 datasheeet,you should be able to reach 0.98 for PF, and lower than 10% for ithd at full load condition.

2)UCC28180 is a CCM controller wihout multiplier. you can find more from below link:

3)what are the functions and significance of I COMP and V COMP pins?

Icomp is for inner current loop, and Vcomp is for output voltage loop.
