Hi,

With regards to TL431BI data sheet only provided Ta(ambient temp) 25c spec for Reference Voltage 2.483v ~ 2.507v. May I know if the range of the Reference voltage at temp -30C and 85C will see significant delta?

    Hi Leo,

    The "Reference Voltage 2.483v ~ 2.507v." is for 25C only. The line below for 34mV is the temperature delta. So the worst case over temperature will be [2.483V - .034V, 2.507V + .034V] .

    Check our the TL431LIBI. The temperature delta for the "LI" version is only 17mV instead of 34mV and it has better 1ku.
