Can TI burn the values of the two registers in the TPS61280A ROM before shipment?

  •  CONFIG Register [0x1] MODE_CTRL[1:0] set to "1 0" in TI EEPROM 10: Forced PWM operation.

  • VOUTROOFSET Register [0x3] default set to "0x1F" in TI EEPROM
