TLC6C5724-Q1: Whether each channel can be control on/off independently/each channel can set up current independently?

TLC6C5724-Q1 can independently control the on off of each channel and also can control the current of each channel.

My customer now design for the air conditioning panel, total 43 LED.2/3 LED per string. Each string of leds need to be controlled on/off, and each string current of leds can be set up independently..
