Suddenly my BQ27GDK000EVM stopped working. It was working before that. In the battery management studio I am able to see EV2400 connected but nothing after that( everything after that is greyed out).
In the error window. it says No ack from the device. Green LED D2 is blinking every 4 seconds all other LEDs are solid.
I checked the I2C bus at TP47 and TP48. SDA is 3.3v but SCL is always Low. SCL goes high when I press reset on both GDK and EV2400 MSPs. But then it goes low.
I tried updating firmware on both MSPs but it did not resolve the issue.
I have EV2400 HPA500, the gauge is detected there properly.
One more thing I noticed that D16 was not lighting up but unplugging and plugging USB make it work.
I think the board is damaged somehow. Is there anything more I can check for?
