Hi,

We are using an EVM which has bq76pl455a-q1 in it. We downloaded the GUI from TI.I can view my ttl to usb in device manager.I performed loopback test and passed it.Now when I try to connect this to EVM there is an error while opening the GUI is Unable to open COM PORT.I disconnected from the terminal which I used earlier for loopback test,before connecting it to GUI.

Hello User,

Please make sure that EVM is right powered and right setting of SW2(single-ended mode).

Please also check the connection direction of TTL to USB head when you plug it in J3.

Here is guideline as attached.

If you still have problem, give me a clear picture.

Sometime you might need to change COM port number to avoid conflict of laptop.

Hello,

Is there any method to operate in single ended come mode other than SW2.

Can u please give suggestions to operate in single ended mode without using SW2

Can any hardware modification done to enable UART_EN.
