Have you tried checking out the WEBENCH design for the part for these specs? This would be the quickest way to get to the design.

Yes, the customer already used our power stage designer tool, but would like a second opinion from a power specialist familiar with this part to give him confidence and move forward. Is this something you're able to help with?

Most are OK, just found the inductor you chose maybe a little bigger, please provide input voltage range to double check.

Tom, For ripple and stable performance, it is ok, but as we know big inductor will cause lower transient response, so if you application is not very care about transient, it is ok.
