Hi,

1.I tried to import the model in ANSYS circuit design to simulate for circuitand thermal cfd analysis.But it failed since it is encrypted.So I am requesting for unencrypted model.

2.When I tried to simulate in ORCAD Pspice,it showed "Subcircuit CSD18511KCS used by X_X1 is undefined".I am using ORCAD 17.2 version.how to resolve this?

    Hi Deebanmadhu,

    TI recently started to replace the encrypted PSpice models with unencrypted ones. I checked this morning and the model in the CSD18511KCS product folder on TI.com is now unencrypted. I suggest you download it and try again. If you still have issues, I can send the unencrypted model to you.
