I am doing thermal analysis of this MOSFET.I want to know the material used for tab.Thermal conductivity of the material will be helpful

    Thanks for your interest in TI MOSFETs. Material content can be found under the Packaging & quality tab in the CSD18511KCS product folder on TI.com. Below is a link if you cannot locate the information. The lead frame and tab are mostly copper with small amounts of other metals. The lead frame is tin-plated.
