Hi Jessica,

I'm not sure if you are aware, the system has two posts created under your username as shown below unless I've mistaken the original questions:

Please help clarify if these are indeed duplicate post or do you have another issue with the LMZM33602?

In order to consolidate the troubleshooting, I would recommend we close this thread and stay on the second thread mentioned above instead of having multiple threads with the same question opened.
