Thank you for reaching out and for designing with the TPS40210. Below is my review comments:
(1) You do not need D3 if the input voltage is 33.3V. You only need the diode if the input voltage can drop below BP voltage during operation.
(2) C23, R1 and C6 are not needed in this circuit. They do not do much but take the space for PCB layout around the IC and should be deleted.
(3) C3 can choose a much smaller value, because the soft start is convrolled by the secondary circuit (D2 circuit).
(4) R17 can be crossed out as it is in series with R14.
Please double check the component ratings.
