Could you check and make sure that the VIN, EN, FREQ, SS, and SYNC pin voltage are at the correct level?

After that, could you probe COMP, FB, and SW during the startup?

Hi Andrea,

Could you double check the FB voltage? If it goes to 5V, it is wrong and is already higher than the maximum rating which is 3V.
