Hello.

I have a problem about operation of LMZ31707.

This circuit used to operate normally.

but there has been an malfuction.

Green is SS/TR Voltage. not working.

Insert the capacitor on the outside to perform normal operation.

I want to know reason. Why did this problem occur?

Hi, did you intend to attach a waveform? Please double check. It will help if you can also share a schematic snippet to help point out the capacitor you are mentioning. Adding the capacitor makes the circuit work again?

I do not see any issues with your schematic.

What is the waveform showing - Green is SS/TR and Pink is output voltage?

Is the issue you are reporting that you cannot measure any voltage on SS/TR pin (though output voltage is fine)?

If you add the external soft-start capacitor C229 then you do see voltage on SS/TR pin?

It is not clear to me what problem you are facing.
