full bridge resonant solution for 400W Pout, f higher than 1MHz?

Hi All,

Do we also have solutions like full bridge (resonant?) able to work even at high frequencies? Ex. > 1MHz?

Or any other technologies suitable for this request?

    We don't have any controller that can opera at the frequency higher than 1 MHz.

    Actually, I will also recommend half bridge or push pull topology for this application. 

    And automatic device LM25037-Q should be a good choice here as the input voltage can opera at 12V.

  • From C2000 MCU BU we don't have any reference design matching this. The closest we have the is the DC/DC Isolated Flyback control we implemented in Solar Micro Inverter reference design. This has about 30Vdc input, 400V output and 200W power. It is 100kHz PWM frequency. Here is the link. You need to install ControlSUITE to get the complete design (with s/w and docs).

    Customer had actually seen the C2000 family .. interesting.

    At the moment, however, we would have preferred a solution that does not require having to develop firmware to perform the various controls: it could be a time-consuming and therefore resource-consuming activity.

    In any case, we take into consideration this solutions as well.
