Could you please suggest buck as per below:-
Dual Channel Buck:-
Input voltage - 2.7V to 5.5V
Buck 1 Output - 2.2V, 1.5A
Buck 2 Output - 0.8 to 1.3V, 1.5A
Quiescent current - 15uA max
Should have EN and PG pin
Switching frequency - min 1.5MHz (provide options)
Added advantage if PMIC (buck 2) has pin based feature to control the buck output.
Single Channel buck:-
Input voltage - 2.7V to 5.5V
Buck 1 Output - 1.8V, 500mA
Quiescent current - Less than 15uA
Should have EN and PG pin
Switching frequency - min 1.5MHz (provide options)
