Hi Shenhua,
The EN pin can be pulled direct to 3.3V or any voltage that is within the ratings of the pin. It would be good to include a placeholder pull-down resistor from EN to ground and a resistor from the EN pin to the 3.3V signal in case they are needed. A pull-down resistor can be used to help ensure the output is disabled until the 3.3V signal is active.
