Could I use it with the attached system block diagram?

This is a constant voltage controlled converter, it can use UCC29002 to realize the current share.
But the maximum VDD of the UCC29002 is 15 V, which is smaller than the output voltage of this converter. For higher-voltage applications, use the application solution as attached circuit.

Current Sense can be High Side or Low Side, normally Low side is a better choice, since it is easier to measure the voltage drop across the shunt resistor if it is on the low side. I'd recommend low side sensing.
In the last attached circuit, it is a high side sensing, the divider resisters in the circuit are the resisters of difference error amplifier . A user guide of high side sensing for your reference.

You can refer the figure 5 for low side sensing application.
