Hi,

When i switch off mosfets in low side circuitry , due to inductive load high spike of 200vdc approx appears across my mosfet whose Vdc is around 100vdc, how can i supress such spike?

Please share reference if possible , which would help me a lot to speed up my production, 

Internet shows "Load Dump Crktry & Crow Bar circuitry, but I need some expert to revert for this query from texas if possible.

If spikes are removed , stress to mosfet will be avoided and one of the case for mosfet which will fail  mosfet will also be removed.
