    CL,

    There is no difference. A long time ago, there was another lead/ball material finish option. At one point there was two different finishes so there were two part numbers to not affect business on the previous part number. But now the entire TPS3106 family use the same finish NIPDAU so there is no difference but we keep both part numbers for the customer's that have already qualified the original part number.
