TPS54202: EN Hysteresis Current Differences between TPS54202 vs TPS54202H

Hello team,

I'd like to confirm the differences between TPS54202 vs TPS54202H.

From my understanding,

1: The device has SSC or not.

2: The device has an internal pull-down 1Mohm or not.

and EN hysteresis current looks different, is this because of the 1Mohm resistor?

    Hi Kazuki,

    Yes, your understanding is correct. TPS54202H disables SSC function for some applications that require fixed frequency(like surveillance) and there are changes on the EN related circuits to realize the feather that float EN pin to disable IC, so that hysteresis current looks different.
