When the voltage difference between Vin and CE PIN is between -80mV~0.25V, is the LM66100 in diode mode or MOS mode?

Welcome to E2E!

For the voltages within the threshold listed in the datasheet we do not guarantee either ode of operation. In the voltage ranges where the difference between VIN and CE that do not meet the voltage threshold in the datasheet the device could be ON or OFF. We only guarantee the ON or OFF state once the differences have exceeded the thresholds of VON or VOFF.
