I'm Using BQ40Z60 EVM.
The FC and TC voltage threshold setting are set @ 4200 mV.
None of the battery cell voltage has even reached near 4200 mV still the BMS is in CV charging mode also everytime as the fullcharge capacity is calculated to be around 2400 mAh where as the true capacity of the cells is around 3200 mAh. Due to full charge capacity is observed too low the battery's RSOC is attained earlier and the pack is not getting completely utilized how to resolve this issue?
