Hi Team,
My customer reported an critical issue that the latest version BatteryManagementStudio-1.3.86_Build6-windows-installer.exe couldn’t download the firmware and couldn’t be programed, even with the latest ROM file from TI website: bq28z610R1_v1_01_build_29.srec.
Could you kindly help double check and give comments on how to solve this issue?
