TPS53015: TPS53015 - DCDC Vin=12V ,Vout= 5V /4A, Sch Review

The inductor value is quite low the ripple current is greater than the output current.   

Increase the inductor to 3.3uH to 4.7uH   you want to have ~30% ripple current in the inductor see eq 3 in datasheet.

Add a diode from GND to SW and a resistor between  SW pin to  SW node between the FETs.

Do not install R913 and C1247. 

Change R911  to 10k and R912 to 1.82k
