BQ4050: GAUGE_EN command

Hello,

I have read in several threads that the GAUGE_EN command must be sent to the gauge to make it work properly.
How can i send this command?

If i take a look in the bit register (bqStudio), in manufacturing status the bit 3 is grayed out and says RSVD.

What did i miss?
