LM4041-N: LM4041-N

Part Number: LM4041-N
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4040-N, LM4050-N, REF3450

I am looking for more stable voltage regulater for temperature.

I am using LM4041DIM3-ADJ for 5V output from 8V input .between -20degC to +80degC. the datasheet said temperature coefficient is150ppm. This is a little bigger for my new application.

So, I am looking for more better performance regulator.

  • Hi,

Is there a reason you are using the LM4041 for a 5V output?

I would use the fixed 5V output LM4040-N at 100ppm/C from -40C to 85C. This way there is no error from the resistors.

Since you need better temperature drift. I would recommend the LM4050-N 5V variant 50ppm/C

Or a series reference such as REF3450 6ppm/C
