How to test over voltage ?

Hi,

You can use an external source which is higher than your target output, connected to to the output with a resistor like 10kohm. Also you can use an external source which should be higher than the Vref, connected to the FB pin. Both those two ways could see the OVP behavior.

Use DC power supply add 1V/2V to FB pin. can not see the OVP behavior.

Hi,

Actually, from the Vout waveform, we can see the device already took action when FB was high. (Vout dropped or was starting to drop down)

One more thing you need to know is that the OVP protection is not latch-off protection, that means the device would start switching again when protection trigger condition was removed.
