We are designing 54V, 35A battery charger using UCC28950.
When I was trying to give external voltage to CS pin to get the fixed output current in the range of Vin: 250VDC-370VDC, It was not working.
please help/ guide me how to implement the CC/CV mode with extra error amp for this particular application.
And one more problem i am facing with shim inductor core, it is getting very hot at full load. almost >80 degrees.
if it is continuous operation at full load, after some time input current rising suddenly.
what could be the reason? Is there any chance to reduce the heat of that core by adjusting timings?
