Dear expert,

My customer is selecting a buck converter for 4s Li-Mn battery power application, here are their needs:

  • 15Vin,3.3-5Vout, >=300mA
  • low Iq (TPS62125 is too large for them)
  • high effieicency 

Do we have similar ultra low Iq device like TPS62745? Thanks for your support.

    Hi Minqi,

    TPS62125 is a good solution for this specification.  TPS62175 is a much wider VIN device and does higher Iq's of 22uA on normal operation but with load currents lower than 1mA you can use sleep mode to get 4.8uA Iq.  Hope that helps.
