Hi Expert,

I want to use TPS650864 to provide power supply for Xilinx ZU4EG, and I use TPS6508641.

Can you make me clear about below questions?

1. What is the default power up sequence of TPS6508641? Figure 6-11?

2. Is TPS6508641 not able to change OTP? So if I want to change power up sequence of TPS650841, the only way I can use is to control each power rail power up time by PG+CTRL / I2C?

3. I also find a reference design for Xilinx® Zynq® UltraScale+™ Power Supply https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tiduep5a/tiduep5a.pdf, Figure 4 and Figure 5 show TPS6508641 design for ZU2CG ±ZU5EG, can you tell me what is the power sequence of figure 4 and figure 5?

1. Correct.

2. The TPS6508641 is a pre-programmed TPS650861 with the settings for Xilinx. If you would like different settings, then you can use the TPS650861 and start with the TPS65086100 OTP Generator for Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ (TPS6508641 settings) (Rev. A) in the design tools and simulation section of the product folder.

3. TIDA-01393 uses the TPS6508641, so the sequence is the same. You can use Figure 4 or Figure 5 block diagram, depending on what you want. I always recommend utilizing Xilinx's UG583 to help decide.
