UCC27611: both OUTH and OUTL are stuck high

Hi, I have replicating the board EPC9047 based on the schematic provide by the EPC. all the components are working desirably except UCC27611 gate driver. I check it has
Pin1- 12V.
Pin2-gnd
Pin3-pwm
Pin6-Vref (5V)
the problem I am facing is that both of my outputs (Pin4-outH
Pin 5-outL) are stuck at high.
it would be great if you could help me with this.

Thanks for reaching out on e2e on ucc27611.

Its possible that the device is damaged it if does not respond when crossing the input low threshold.

Can you take a waveform of the output of 611 when a new device is repopulated?

Hello Jeff,

I have changed the gate driver and still I am not getting desired output from the gate driver. The waveforms at different pins are attached. I would greatly appreciate your inputs.
