Hi team,

Customer want to design 6s smart cell, they want to check pin 16 (CB7EN/PDSG/GPIO) connection for this application. Could you help recommend a typical connection for 6s applicaiton?

Beside that, do we have a recommend 6s smart cell application schematic design for reference?

The BQ40Z80 does allow for 6s applications.

Have you checked the BQ40Z80-EVM User Guide to see if the BQ40Z80 fits your customer's application? The BQ40Z80-EVM shows all the possible configurations that can be done using the BQ40Z80.
