Hi,
Related /SHDN, He wants to control LM5000-3 device using /SHDN pin from MCU. Under power-up condition, he wants Low on /SHDN pin, and output high from MCU to wake-up LM5000-3.
Does /SHDN pin have pull-up resistor internally? If yes, please let me know the resistor value.
The reason why we need it is to decide the pull-down register value on his actual board.
Thank and best regards,
M.HATTORI.
Hello Motoyasu,
The voltage on this pin needs to be below 0.3V. If the pin is pulled to GND and the input voltage is at 12V, -2uA are flowing into this pin maximum, so a resistance of 150 kohm should keep this pin below 0.3V. to be on the save side, I recommend to use a resistor below 100 kohm and if you do not mind the current consumption 10 kohm is a nice value there.
