Hi Dexter,

Please also add 0.1 uF capacitor at VDD pin. The output capacitor is a little bit small when considering the derating of ceramic capacitor. And we also recommend to add 1nF capacitor from OUTx to GND. Please also ensure you have the enough voltage margin of Q404 and D208. Pull up resistor is also needed for SCL and SDA when I2C communication is selected.

OUTx 1nF capacitor mean are OUT1,2,3,4 line? or 42V_LED-A line? as like below schematic.
