TPS566235: TPS566235 damaged by output short circuit

Hi,

I use the TPS566235 regulator in my design and the problem is that the regulator is not short-circuit immune. When the short circuit occurs, the regulator is permanently damaged. Do you have any experience with similar problem of TPS566235 ? Can you tell me what may be the cause of this problem?
