Hello evey one

I have a problem with BQ76930. My battery is 16S4P (16cell 64V)

when i connect pcb with load 2R. BQ76930  is burn (BQ76930 hight voltage burn)

i have soft start for inrush current

Can you help me check my designe ?

    Hi Khánh,

    Are you referencing TIDA-01093 for your design? A couple things I notice in the schematic:

    • The filter capacitors on BAT and VC5X are only 1uF and 10uF is recommended.
    • The diode from VC10 to BAT and from VC5 to VC5X.is showing as a Schottkey in your schematic, but a standard diode is used in the datasheet and reference design.
    • VC5B is connected through 0 ohms to VC5X on each device. This should have a capacitor, not a 0 ohm resistor.
    • P_CELL4 is connected through 0 ohms to VC5B. I should be connected through 1k (the same value as the other resistors). The same is true for P_CELL12.
